We offer returns and refunds for the following cases
- You have received a faulty / Defective item(s).
- The product which you have received is different from the one you have ordered.
- You have received the wrong size of the same product which you had ordered.
Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit.To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been altered in any way or have any signs of wear and tear.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com . We’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it’s in its original condition, and then process your refund or store credit.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless there was an error on our part.
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item for a different size. If that’s the case, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of the delivery date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If the item you’re exchanging for is of greater value, we’ll charge your original form of payment for the difference. If the item is of lesser value, we’ll issue a store credit for the difference.
While we strive to make our returns and exchange policy as inclusive as possible, there are some exceptions. We cannot accept exchanges for final sale items which you want to exchange and is out of stock later on or unavailable. In that case , we can offer store credits.
