Exchange/Return Policy

At Bapko, we believe in putting our customers first. That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy, so you can shop with confidence.


We offer returns and refunds for the following cases 

  1. You have received a faulty / Defective item(s).
  2. The product which you have received is different from the one you have ordered. 
  3. You have received the wrong size of the same product which you had ordered.

The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the BAPKO APPAREL LLP, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer and will be refunded back to their mode of payment.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless there was an error on our part.


We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item for a different size. If that’s the case, please contact our customer service team at within 3 days of the delivery date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for items that have been altered in any way or have any signs of wear and tear.

If the item you’re exchanging for is of greater value, we’ll charge your original form of payment for the difference. If the item is of lesser value, we’ll issue a store credit for the difference.


While we strive to make our returns and exchange policy as inclusive as possible, there are some exceptions. We cannot accept exchanges for final sale items which you want to exchange and is out of stock later on or unavailable. In that case , we can offer store credits.

Cancellation Period


  1. Order Cancellation Timing:

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations may not be possible due to our fast order processing and shipping timelines.
  2. Cancellation Process:

    • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately via email at [] or call us at [9322099960]. Provide your order details such as order number, product name, and reason for cancellation.
    • Our customer support team will review your request and confirm if the cancellation can be processed based on the timing and order status.
    • The amount for the order will be refunded back to the mode of payment within 1-2 days and should reflect on customer’s end within 4-5 days as per bank’s refund credit process.
